Build your gaming setup in three taps

Tell me where and how you play, and I'll put together the earphones, the plug and the tips I'd use myself. No lag, no headband, and every sound in its place.

02 / Why earphones

Why earphones instead of a headset?

In-ear monitors are the earphones musicians wear on stage. Here's what changed for me when I switched.

You can tell where a sound is

Left, right, near and far stay sharp, so footsteps behind a wall sound like they're behind that wall.

No lag on a cable

Bluetooth earbuds add a short delay between the shot and the sound. A cable doesn't.

The room goes quiet

The tips seal like an earplug, so the PC fan fades out and you can play at a lower volume.

No clamp, no hot ears

Nothing pressing on your head or your glasses, which you really notice after hour three.

One pair, every screen

Controller, Switch 2, Steam Deck, PC and phone, so you only have to learn one sound.

Still great with the game off

Made for music first, so the pair you game on is the one you'll want on the train too.

What gamers ask me

Is there a mic?

Not on these earphones. On PC your desk or webcam mic does the job, and on console you'll need a separate mic.

Do they work on PS5, Xbox and Switch 2?

Yes. Use the 3.5 mm plug and put it straight into the controller, or into the jack on the Switch 2. On PS5 and Switch 2 a USB-C dongle also works if you want more power.

What is the difference between Shooters, RPGs and Both?

Shooters sets put every footstep in a clear place and keep the bass in check. RPG sets have deep bass and a big, wide sound that pulls you into the game and its world. Both does a good job at each, so one pair covers ranked and everything else.

What about wireless earbuds?

They're fine for phone games and casual play, but Bluetooth adds a delay you can notice when timing matters. That's why every set on this page is wired.
