Why eartips matter

Tips affect three things, in this order: seal, comfort, and sound.

Seal is the most important. Without a proper seal, you lose bass and most of the detail. A bad seal is the single most common reason someone says "these don't sound as good as the reviews."

Comfort is second. If you can't wear the IEM for an hour, you won't listen to it. Different tip shapes work for different ear shapes.

Sound is third. With a seal and comfort sorted, tip choice subtly tilts the sound — wider openings tend to brighten the top end, narrower ones tend to emphasise the bass.

Try your stock tips first

Every earphone in this lineup ships with a generous tip selection. Many ship with four or more full sets across multiple shapes. Most of you will not need aftermarket tips.
