Neutral Tone
Close to how the recording was made, without adding colour.
Natural Vocals
Voices sit where the recording put them, clear and even.
Sparkly and airy Treble

What others ask  about Hisenior Mega7

Is the bass on the Hisenior Mega7 sub-bass focused or mid-bass punchy?

Neither is pushed. The Hisenior Mega7 has natural levels of both sub-bass and mid-bass from its single dynamic driver, because it's tuned to hand you the mix roughly as the producer left it. Bass is clean, present and in proportion.

How do vocals sound on the Hisenior Mega7?

Natural. The Hisenior Mega7 places voices where the mix engineer put them, clear and well separated from the instruments by six balanced armatures (small, precise drivers for the mids and highs). There's no added warmth, so singers sound accurate more than flattering.

Is the treble on the Hisenior Mega7 smooth, sparkly or sharp?

Crisp. The Hisenior Mega7 has enough treble energy to stop a neutral tuning from sounding flat, which makes detail easy to hear and gives cymbals a clean edge. If you're sensitive to treble, try it before you buy.

Is the Hisenior Mega7 fatiguing over long sessions?

No, and comfort is a big part of why. The Hisenior Mega7 has a pressure-relief vent that eases the pressure on your ears over long sessions, and it's light enough that I forget I'm wearing it by lunchtime. The treble is crisp, not soft, so at high volume it's livelier than a warm set. At normal levels it's one of the easier sets for a full work day.

Is the soundstage of the Hisenior Mega7 intimate or wide?

Wide. The Hisenior Mega7 spreads instruments out with clear gaps between them, which is what you want from a set tuned to show you the mix.

Does the Hisenior Mega7 fit smaller ears?

It's one of the comfiest sets I stock, and the pressure-relief vent on the Hisenior Mega7 helps, because it takes away the blocked-ear feeling on long sessions. The medical-grade resin shell is light. With seven drivers inside I'd call it a medium shell, so if your ears are very small, a listening session in Utrecht will settle it quickly.
