Where we ship

We ship to the Netherlands and the rest of the European Union. If you're outside the EU and want to order, email info@vividsound.nl — I'll quote you directly.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day usually ship the next working day. Sometimes the one after — VividSound is a one-person shop, and I'd rather pack your order properly than fast.

• Netherlands — 1–2 working days after shipping, via PostNL
• Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg — 2–4 working days, via DHL
• Rest of EU — 3–7 working days, via DHL

Every parcel ships tracked. You'll get the tracking link by email the moment it leaves.

What it costs

• Netherlands — €10, free over €50
• EU — €15, free over €250

Shipping costs include VAT. The exact rate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

If something goes wrong

Every parcel is insured. If yours arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email info@vividsound.nl within 14 days of the shipping date and include a photo if it's damaged. I'll either resend or refund. No forms.

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel — no reason needed — as long as the hygiene seal on the earpieces is still intact. Full details on the Returns & refunds page.
