One dynamic driver, tuned to put the voice in front of everything else. You hear breath, small movements, the space between words. That level of vocal detail is rare at this price, and it is the whole reason this set exists.
The treble is lit, so busy tracks can turn sharp at volume. A crowded mix also takes some body out of the voice.
